摘  要:为明确光质对大葱生长及碳氮代谢的影响,采用LED光源调控不同光质,测定了‘天光’和‘章丘’ 2个品种大葱的相对生长速率、碳氮代谢组分含量及相关酶活性。结果表明,大葱干物质积累量及生长速率以‘章丘’高于‘天光’。白光处理的大葱相对生长速率较高,蓝光、红光、绿光和黄光仅分别达白光的94.36%、89.30%、84.33%和76.21%;大葱叶片不同形态氮含量、糖含量,以及硝酸还原酶(NR)、谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)、谷氨酸脱氢酶(GDH)、谷氨酸合酶(GOGAT)、蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)和蔗糖合成酶(SS)等活性也均以白光处理显著高于各单色光处理。单色光处理的大葱生长速率以蓝光较高,黄光较低,绿光、红光居中;蓝光处理大葱叶片NO3^--N、NH4^+-N、可溶性蛋白、游离氨基酸等含量以及NR、GS、GDH、GOGAT等活性均显著高于红光、绿光和黄光等单色光处理,而蓝光处理的大葱叶片蔗糖、还原糖、总糖等含量和SPS、SS等活性亦显著高于其他单色光处理。综上,相同光强下,与其他单色光相比,蓝光能够提高大葱幼苗碳氮代谢关键酶活性,促进碳和氮素吸收同化及总糖的积累,有利于大葱生长。In order to determine the effect of light quality on the growth and carbon and nitrogen metabolism of welsh onion(Allium fistulosum), five LED light sources(white light, blue light, red light, green light and yellow light) were used to control different light quality. The relative growth rate, carbon and nitrogen metabolism component contents and related enzyme activities of two varieties ‘Zhangqiu’ and ‘Tianguang’ were measured. The results showed that the dry matter accumulation and relative growth rate of ‘Zhangqiu’ were higher than that of ‘Tianguang’. The relative growth rate of welsh onion treated with white light was higher, and the relative growth rate treated with blue light, red light, green light and yellow light were only 94.36%, 89.30%, 84.33% and 76.21% of that with white light, respectively. The nitrogen content of different forms in welsh onion leaves, and sugar content, as well as the activities of nitrate reductase(NR), glutamine synthetase(GS), glutamine dehydrogenase(GDH), glutamate synthetase(GOGAT), sucrose phosphate synthetase(SPS), sucrose synthetase(SS), under white light treatment were significantly higher than those under monochromatic light treatment. The growth rate of welsh onion treated by monochromatic light was higher in blue light, lower in yellow light, and middle in green light and red light. The contents of NO3^-N, NH4^+-N, soluble protein, free amino acid and the activities of NR, GS, GDH and GOGAT were significantly higher in blue light than those in red light, green light and yellow light, while the contents of sucrose, reducing sugar, total sugar and the activities of SPS, SS in blue light were also significantly higher than those in other monochromatic light. In summary, under the same light intensity, compared with other monochromatic light, blue light can improve the key enzyme activities of carbon and nitrogen metabolism, promote the absorption and assimilation of carbon and nitrogen and the accumulation of total sugar, which is beneficial to the growth
