摘 要:辽宁某精细化工有限公司年产6000吨偶氮二异丁腈,其废水处理站设计废水处理量为140 m3/d,其中120 m3/d为车间产生废酸,为高COD、高盐、高氰化物废水,主要采用“破氰反应釜+三效蒸发”进行单独预处理,另20 m3/d为车间地面冲洗水及生活污水等。预处理后的废酸与其他废水混合后再进行综合生化处理,主要采用“调节池+UASB厌氧反应器+A/O池+臭氧过滤”为主的工艺。调试和运行期间,通过对各工艺段运行参数和去除效果的分析,在废酸进水COD浓度为10000 mg/L、氰化物浓度为2000 mg/L时,经过单独预处理及综合生化处理后,出水COD小于500 mg/L,氰化物小于1 mg/L,满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中的三级排放标准。A fine chemical co.,ltd.in Liaoning produced 6000 tons of azobisisobutyronitrile per year,and its wastewater treatment station had a designed wastewater treatment capacity of 140 m3/d,of which 120 m3/d waste acid was produced in the workshop,with main components of high COD,high salt and high cyanide wastewater,could be pretreated separately by“Cyanide breaker reactor+Triple effect evaporation”.Another 20 m3/d was floor flushing and domestic sewage.After pretreatment,the waste acid was mixed with other wastewater and then integrated biochemical treatment,mainly used the process of“regulating+UASB anaerobic reactor+A/O tank+ozone filtration”.During commissioning and operation,by analyzing the operation parameters and removal effect of each process section,after separate pretreatment and comprehensive biochemical treatment when the COD concentration of waste acid influent was 10000 mg/L and the cyanide concentration was 2000 mg/L,the effluent COD was less than 500 mg/L and the cyanide was less than 1 mg/L which met the third class discharge standard in the《Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard》(GB8978-1996).
