摘 要:创伤、炎症、退行性变等各种原因导致的软骨损伤是临床上的常见病。由于软骨的自我修复能力极为有限,因此损伤软骨的修复一直是临床上亟待解决的问题。目前,传统治疗方法仍存在各种缺陷,组织工程技术则为损伤软骨的修复治疗带来了新的希望,被视为能从根本上解决损伤软骨的修复的方法之一。随着技术的发展,近年来组织工程软骨的研究取得了长足的进步,并相继有一些产品进入临床研究阶段。本文就组织工程技术在软骨修复领域中的研究新进展作一综述。Cartilage injury caused by various causes such as trauma,inflammation,and degeneration is very common in clinic.Since the cartilage self-repair ability is extremely limited,the cartilage repair is an urgent problem in clinic.Nowadays,there are still some problems about the traditional treatments.Tissue-engineered cartilage is considered as a fundamental method for cartilage disease,and brings new hope for the repairmen of cartilage injury.With the development of technology,huge progress has been made about tissue-engineered cartilage in recent years.Some products have been entered the clinical research stage.This review following primary introduces the new progress about tissue-engineered cartilage.
