摘  要:目的探讨黄连煎煮液是否有对2%硝酸咪康唑溶液抗白念珠菌及光滑念珠菌的协同增效作用。方法从外阴阴道念珠菌病患者外阴阴道分泌物中分离并培养白念珠菌菌株15株、光滑念珠菌菌株15株,参照微量液基稀释法,分别测定并比较黄连煎煮液及2%硝酸咪康唑溶液单独及联合作用于15株白念珠菌和15株光滑念珠菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC);通过计算二者的联合抑菌指数(FICI),判断黄连煎煮液和2%硝酸咪康唑溶液联合作用的效应。结果单用2%硝酸咪康唑溶液作用于白念珠菌的MIC均值为(14.0±14.99)μg/mL,作用于光滑念珠菌的MIC均值为(14.88±25.15)μg/mL;单用黄连煎煮液作用于白念珠菌的MIC均值为(8.18±7.38)mg/mL,作用于光滑念珠菌的MIC均值为(9.38±4.09)mg/mL;黄连煎煮液和2%硝酸咪康唑联用时,2%硝酸咪康唑溶液作用于白念珠菌的MIC均值为(5.98±11.28)μg/mL,作用于光滑念珠菌的MIC均值为(7.71±7.28)μg/mL;黄连煎煮液作用于白念珠菌的MIC均值为(1.43±2.63)mg/mL,作用于光滑念珠菌的MIC均值(1.80±1.71)mg/mL;黄连煎煮液和2%硝酸咪康唑共同作用于白念珠菌的FICI值为0.53,二者共同作用于光滑念珠菌的FICI值为0.70,均表现为相加作用。结论体外实验中,黄连煎煮液、2%硝酸咪康唑溶液二者均有稳定的抗白念珠菌、抗光滑念珠菌的作用;黄连煎煮液和2%硝酸咪康唑溶液联用时,在抗白念珠菌、光滑念珠菌的方面表现为协同增效作用。Objective In order to investigate whether there is a synergistic effects of the Coptis decoction and 2%miconazole nitrate solution against Candida albicans and Candida galbrata.Methods Fifteen strains of Candida albicans and 15 strains of Candida galbrata were isolated and cultured from vulvovaginal secretions of vulvoaginal candidiasis(VVC)patients.The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)of Coptis galbrata and 2%miconazole nitrate solution on 15 strains of Candida albicans and 15 strains of Candida galbrata were measured and compared with that on 15 strains of Candida albicans and 15 strains of Candida galbrata by micro dilution method.The combined effects of Coptis decoction and 2%miconazole nitrate solution were evaluated by fractional inhibitory concentration index(FICI).Results The mean value of MIC of miconazole nitrate solution on Candida albicans was(14.0±14.99)μg/mL,and that of miconazole nitrate solution on Candida galbrata was(14.88±25.15)μg/mL;the mean value of miconazole nitrate solution on Candida albicans was(8.18±7.38)mg/mL,and that of miconazole nitrate solution on Candida galbrata was(9.38±4.09)mg/mL.When Coptis decoction and miconazole nitrate solution were used together,the mean value of MIC of solution to Candida albicans was(5.98±11.28)μg/mL,and the mean value of MIC of solution to Candida albicans was(7.71±7.28)μg/mL;the mean value of MIC of Coptis decoction to Candida albicans was(1.43±2.63)mg/mL,and the mean value of MIC of solution to Candida albicans was(1.80±1.71)mg/mL;the FICI of Coptis decoction and 2%miconazole nitrate to Candida albicans was 0.53.The FICI value of Candida glabrata was 0.70,which showed additive effects.Conclusion Coptis decoction and 2%miconazole nitrate solution have stable anti-Candida albicans and anti-Candida glabrata effects in vitro.When Coptis decoction and 2%miconazole nitrate solution are used together,there is a synergistic effects on anti-Candida albicans and anti-Candida glabrata.
