银屑病患者的述情障碍及其相关影响因素

摘　　要：目的调查银屑病患者的述情障碍发生情况及其可能的影响因素,为银屑病的心理研究和临床治疗提供新的思路。方法本次研究采用方便抽样的方法,收集2018年1月-2018年10月皮肤科门诊及住院部的银屑病患者,采用一般情况量表、多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS)进行调查。结果银屑病患者述情障碍的发生率为44.4%,高于正常成人(1.8%);银屑病患者TAS总分、因子Ⅰ、因子Ⅱ、因子Ⅲ评分均高于正常人;银屑病患者TAS总分与文化程度、皮损体表面积(BSA)、瘙痒评分、食欲相关,TAS因子Ⅰ、因子Ⅱ与文化程度、BSA、瘙痒评分、食欲相关,TAS因子Ⅲ与年龄、文化程度相关。结论银屑病患者述情障碍的发生率显著高于正常人;述情障碍的影响因素主要是文化程度、BSA、瘙痒评分和食欲。Objective In order to investigate the incidence of alexithymia in patients with psoriasis and its possible affecting factors,and to provide new ideas for psychological research and clinical treatment of psoriasis.Methods This study used convenient sampling method to collect information from psoriasis patients from January 2018 to October 2018 in outpatient and inpatient department of dermatology. The general condition scale,Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS) were used. Results Theincidence of alexithymia in patients with psoriasis was 44.4%,which was higher than that in normal adults (1.8%). The scoresof TAS,factor Ⅰ, factor Ⅱ and factor Ⅲ in patients with psoriasis were higher than those in normal individuals. Psoriasispatients' TAS score was related to education,body surface area(BSA),pruritus score and appetite. TAS factorⅠand factor Ⅱwere related to education,BSA,pruritus score and appetite. TAS factorⅢ was related to age and education. Conclusion Theincidence of alexithymia in patients with psoriasis is higher than that of normal individuals. The factors affecting alexithymiaare mainly related to education level,BSA,pruritus score and appetite.
