摘　　要：目的探讨玉屏风颗粒对过敏性紫癜(HSP)患者外周血Th1/Th2型细胞因子的影响及预防复发作用。方法将入选的90例HSP患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。2组患者均给予常规治疗,观察组患者同时给予玉屏风颗粒治疗1个月。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测患者治疗前后血清中白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-4水平。结果治疗1个月后2组患者外周血IL-2水平较前明显上升、IL-4水平较前明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组上升或下降的幅度更明显(P<0.05)。观察组随访1年的复发率明显低于对照组(χ^2=5.18,P<0.05)。结论玉屏风颗粒有预防HSP复发的功效,其机制可能为通过促进IL-2分泌、抑制IL-4分泌,从而使Th1/Th2趋于平衡而发挥作用。Objective In order to investigate the effects of Yupingfeng granules on Th1/Th2 cytokines with Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP)and its relapse prevention role.Methods A total of 90 patients with HSP were divided into observation group and control group including 45 cases in each group.Patients in the both groups were routinely given basic treatment.The observation group was given Yupingfeng granules for one month on the basis.Levels of interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-4(IL-4)in sera from patients before and after treatment were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results After one month of treatment,IL-2 levels in the patients of both groups were significantly increased than before,IL-4 levels were significantly increased than before(P<0.05),and the magnitude of rise or decline in the observation group were more obvious than those in the control group(P<0.05).After follow-up for one year after treatment,the recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ^2=5.18,P<0.05).Conclusion Yupingfeng granules could prevent relapse of HSP.The mechanism may promote the secretion of IL-2 and inhibit the secretion of IL-4,so that Th1/Th2 tends to balance.
