经纬组合型条格织物的形成方式分析

摘　　要：通过对大量条格织物的观察归类,从织物经纬组合的角度具体分析了条格织物,总结出其形成条格的形式,主要有光泽效果的条格织物、异收缩纱线形成的条格织物、强捻纱线形成的条格织物、纱线线密度差异形成的条格织物、色彩纱线形成的条格织物等。为了进一步掌握经纬组合型条格织物设计技巧,深入分析了这些织物经纬配置应注意的关键点、不同经纬组合与织物组织的配合方法等,对经纬组合型条格织物设计提供一定参考。Based on observation and classification of a large amount of checked fabrics,checked fabrics were analyzed specifically from the perspective of warp and weft combination.It is concluded that the main formations of checked fabric include glossy checked fabrics,checked fabrics with different shrinkage yarns,hard twisted checked fabrics,and checked fabrics of different yarn density or yarn countor color separation.In order to further grasp the design skills of checked fabric with warp and weft combination,the key points of warp-weft configuration and the combining methods of different warp-weft combinations with fabric weave were deeply analyzed,which has certain reference significance to the design of checked fabric with warp and weft combination.
