摘 要:为使夏季织物具有良好的热湿传递性能,穿着者拥有凉爽的感觉,以云母冰凉纱、CoolMax纱和纯棉纱为原料,设计并开发出云母、CoolMax、棉的纤维含量比分别为50/40/10、50/30/20、50/20/30,织物组织为小提花组织和透孔组织的吸湿速干型凉爽织物,并对3种不同纤维含量比、2种不同组织结构织物的基本服用性能、吸湿导湿性能和凉爽性能进行测试,分析纤维含量比对吸湿速干型凉爽织物的影响。结果表明:在纤维含量方面,这3种不同纤维含量比的织物均具有优良的吸湿速干凉爽性能;在组织结构方面,透孔组织的吸湿速干凉爽性优于小提花组织。In order to manufacture summer fabrics of good heat and moisture transfer performance that wearers feel cool,moisture-absorbing and quick-dry cool fabrics of mini jacquard and through-hole weave were designed and developed with mica ice-cooling yarn,CoolMax yarn and cotton yarn as raw materials.Fabrics with mica,CoolMax yarn and cotton yarn in the proportions of 50/40/10,50/30/20 and 50/20/30 were designed respectively.Tests were carried out on the basic wear ability,moisture absorbent and transfer ability,and cool performance of all the fabrics consisting of the three fibres in different ratios and of the two different weave structures,to analyze the impact of fibre content ratio on moisture-absorbing and quick-dry cool fabrics.The results show that the fabrics containing fibres of the three different ratios all have excellent moisture absorption,quick drying and cooling properties;concerning weave structure,the fabric of through-hole weave is superior to mini-jacquard weave in respect of moisture absorption,quick drying and cooling properties.
