染色棉纤维进行柔软整理后的性能研究

摘　　要：为探讨染色棉纤维进行柔软剂整理后的基本性能,选用黑色活性染料对棉纤维进行染色,采用4种不同柔软剂对染色棉纤维进行柔软整理,对柔软整理前后的染色棉纤维进行结晶度、力学性能、吸湿性能、电学性能等测试。结果表明:与空白棉相比较,2号柔软剂整理过的染色棉纤维的结晶度减少最少,断裂强度减少同样最少;与空白棉相比较,3号柔软剂整理过的染色棉纤维的回潮率增加最多,质量比电阻值和纤维的摩擦系数最小。2号柔软剂对染色棉纤维进行柔软整理,可以使染色棉纤维的性能达到一个较好的程度,改善纺纱过程中绕皮辊、绕罗拉的现象,使纤维的可纺性得到提高。In order to investigate the basic properties of dyed cotton fibers after finishing with softener,the cotton fiber was dyed with black reactive dye.Then,the dyed cotton fiber was softly finished with 4 different softeners,and the dyed cotton fiber was tested for crystallinity,mechanical properties,moisture absorption performance and electrical properties before and after soft finishing.The results showed that compared with the blank cotton,the dyed cotton fiber softened by No.2 softener had the least reduction in both crystallinity and breaking strength.Compared with the blank cotton,the moisture regain rate of the cotton fiber softened by No.3 softener increased most,and the mass ratio resistance value and the fiber friction coefficient were smallest.After the analysis,it can be concluded that No.2 softener can make the dyed cotton fiber achieve better properties of the dyed cotton fiber,improve the phenomenon of winding the roller and the roller around the spinning process,and enhance the fiber spinnability.
