摘　　要：法国外交部档案馆委托南开大学外国语学院编译该馆珍藏的中法关系史档案.这批档案数量巨大,内容丰富,涉及自17世纪以来三百多年间中法两国在宗教、政治、外交、经济、文化、教育、司法、商务、海关、航运、军事等诸多方面的联系和交往,绝大多数属于十分珍贵的一手资料,尚未经过学术界的系统整理和有效利用.从史料学、校勘学和辑佚学的角度来讲,全面系统地编译、出版这些档案具有独特的学术价值和使用价值.The French Ministry of Foreign Affairs commissioned the College of Foreign Languages of Nankai University to collate and translate the archives of the history of Sino-French relations.These bulky archives rich by content and scope,have long been neglected by the academic community.These valuable firsthand materials cover a wide variety of subjects,involving the contacts and exchanges between China and France in religion,politics,diplomacy,economy,culture,education,justice,commerce,customs,shipping,military and many other aspects since the 17th century.Yet they were left unknown or unused by scholars in China.Works to collate and translate these documents would promote their academic value.
