摘  要:针对江苏某农药企业主要产品四聚乙醛、稻瘟灵和杀螺胺废水具有高毒性、难降解、高化学需氧量(COD)、高氨氮(NH3-N)及高盐分的特点,采用"三效蒸发-气提蒸氨-电气浮-微电解-上流式厌氧污泥床-接触氧化-硝化/反硝化-絮凝沉淀"组合工艺进行处理。结果表明,COD去除率可以达99.1%,NH3-N去除率达97.5%,且保证长期稳定运行。出水水质达到GB 8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》三级标准。The wastewater from a pesticide company in Jiangsu whose produces are metaldehyde,isoprothiolane and niclosamide has the characteristics of high toxicity,hard-degradation,high COD,high ammonia-nitrogen and high salinity.A combined treatment process of triple effect evaporation,blowing nitrogen,electrical floatation,micro electrolysis,upflow anaerobic sludge blanket,biological contact oxidation,denitrification/nitrification and flocculating settling was employed.The results showed that the removal rate of COD and ammonia-nitrogen was 99.1%and 97.5%.After treated,the effluent quality could comply with Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard with the condition of long-term stable running.
