摘　　要：当前,正值铁路企业由传统运输生产型向现代运输经营型转型发展的攻坚期和关键期,铁路企业改革各项工作正在向纵深推进。土地是铁路企业重要资产,是经营发展的重要资源,在企业改革中举足轻重。分析了铁路企业改革中土地处置出现的若干问题,提出了有关改进建议,以期不断提升铁路企业现代化经营管理水平。At present,it is the critical period that railway enterprises changing from traditional transportation mode to modern transportation mode.The reform of railway enterprises are progressing in depth.Land is the important asset and resource for railway enterprises and business development.This paper analyzes problems of land disposal in railway enterprise reform,and proposes suggestions for improvement,with a view to continuously improving the modern management level of railway enterprises.
