摘　　要：目的探讨三柱强化经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期Kummell病的临床疗效。方法采用三柱强化PVP治疗34例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期Kummell病患者。记录手术时间、骨水泥注入量、术中骨水泥渗漏及并发症情况。采用疼痛VAS评分和ODI评估手术疗效;末次随访采用改良MacNab标准评估手术的优良率。结果患者均获得随访,时间6~24个月。患者术后均较术前症状明显改善,腰痛症状减轻。术后1 d及1、3、6个月VAS评分均较术前显著降低(P<0.05),ODI术后6个月显著低于术前(P<0.05)。末次随访时采用改良MacNab标准评定临床疗效:优28例,良6例。结论采用三柱强化PVP治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期Kummell病,术后患者恢复快,疗效满意。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of three-column intensive percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)in the treatment of stageⅠandⅡKummell disease patients.Methods The 34 patients with stageⅠandⅡKummell disease were treated with three-column intensive PVP method.The surgery time,injected volume of bone cement,intraoperative cement leakage were recorded.VAS and ODI were used to evaluate surgical efficacy.The modified MacNab score was used to evaluate the excellent-good rate of surgery effect at the last follow-up.Results All patients were followed up for 6~24 months.The clinical symptoms were significantly improved and the low back pain were relieved after surgery.The VAS at 1 d,1,3 and 6 months postoperation were significantly decreased,compared with the preoperation(P<0.05),and the ODI at 6 months after surgery was lower than that before surgery(P<0.05).At the last follow-up,the modified MacNab score was used to evaluate the surgical efficacy.The result was excellent in 28 cases,good in 6.Conclusions Three-column intensive PVP method is used to treat patients with stageⅠ,ⅡKummell disease.The postoperative patients restore quickly and the results are satisfactory.
