摘　　要：目的探讨游离腓肠内侧动脉穿支皮瓣移植修复拇指再造供区创面的临床效果。方法采用游离腓肠内侧动脉穿支皮瓣移植修复12例拇指再造供区创面。缺损面积2.8 cm×4.5 cm^5.0 cm×9.1 cm,切取皮瓣面积3.0 cm×5.0 cm^5.5 cm×10.0 cm,皮瓣供区均直接缝合。结果患者均获得随访,时间6~24个月。皮瓣全部成活,质地优良,外观满意。小腿供区切口均一期愈合,仅存留较小的线状瘢痕。结论游离腓肠内侧动脉穿支皮瓣血管相对恒定、血供可靠,皮瓣切取较简单,供区可直接缝合,是修复拇指再造供区创面较好的选择。Objective To explore the clinical effect of free medial sural artery perforator flap in transplanting and repairing the donor site wounds of thumb reconstruction.Methods Twelve cases of donor site wounds of thumb reconstruction were repaired with free medial sural artery perforator flap.The defect area was 2.8 cm×4.5 cm^5.0 cm×9.1 cm,and the cut area of the flap was 3.0 cm×5.0 cm^5.5 cm×10.0 cm.The donor area of the flap were sutured directly.Results All patients were followed up for 6~24 months.All the flaps survived with good texture and satisfactory appearance.The incision of the calf donor area was healed in one stage,leaving only a small linear scar.Conclusions The free medial sural artery perforator flap has relatively constant anatomy,reliable blood supply,simple incision of skin flap,the donor area can be sutured directly.It is a good choice to repair the thumb reconstruction donor area wound.
