摘　　要：本文论述江苏省图书馆学会近几年在承接政府转移职能的过程中,围绕执行评估、标准制定、成果评定、业务培训、决策咨询等方面做出的新探索,指出承接政府转移职能过程中存在的问题和困惑,提出今后对承接政府转移职能工作的新思考。This paper discusses the new exploration of Jiangsu Provincial Library Association focusing on the implementation evaluation,standard-setting,result evaluation,professional training and decision-making consultation in the process of undertaking the functions transferred from the government in recent years,points out the problems and confusion in the process,and puts forward some new thoughts on carrying on the functions transferred from the government in the future.
