摘  要:固体电解质作为全固态锂电池的核心,引起了广泛的研究兴趣.石榴石型Li7La3Zr2O12 (LLZO)固体电解质具有较高的离子电导率、较高的机械强度、较低的界面电阻和较好的化学稳定性,介绍了LLZO在固态锂电池中的应用,阐述了结构改性(掺杂和添加烧结助剂)和工艺优化(烧结气氛、特殊烧结工艺和薄膜化)对其晶体结构、离子电导率及致密度的影响.对LLZO固体电解质目前存在的问题进行了探讨和总结,这对于该类固体电解质发展具有重要的意义.Solid electrolytes,as the core of all-solid lithium ion batteries,have attracted a wide range of interests.The gamet-structured Li7 La3 Zr2 O12 solid electrolyte has higher ionic conductivity,higher mechanical strength,lower interface resistance and better chemical stability.The application of Li7 La3 Zr2 O12 as solid electrolyte for lithium ion batteries was introduced.The effect of structural modification(doping elements and addition of sintering aids) and process optimization(sintering atmosphere,special sintering process and thin film) on the crystal structure,ionic conductivity and density was expounded.The existing challenges of Li7 La3 Zr2 O12 solid electrolytes were discussed and summarized,having significance for the development of this kind of solid electrolytes.
