补益肺肾法对变应性哮喘患儿免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察补益肺肾法治疗变应性哮喘的临床疗效及对其免疫功能的影响。方法采用回顾法分析哮喘患儿126例的临床资料,根据不同治疗方法将患儿分为观察组与对照组,各63例。对照组患儿接受西医常规治疗,观察组在此基础上接受补益肺肾法治疗,比较两组疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,显著高于对照组的82.54%(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平均高于对照组,CD8^+水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的IgE、嗜酸性粒细胞直接计数(EOS)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补益肺肾法治疗可有效改善变应性哮喘患儿的血清和痰液指标,提高其免疫功能,临床疗效良好。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of tonifying lung and kidney on asthma and its immune function.Methods:The clinical data of 126 children were analyzed retrospectively.According to different treatment methods,the children were divided into observation group and control group,63 cases each.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the observation group was treated with the method of tonifying lung and kidney on the basis of this,and the curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.54%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CD8^+in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgE,EOS and IL-4 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buyi Lung and Kidney Therapy can effectively improve the serum and sputum indexes of patients with allergic asthma,and improve their immune function.The clinical effect is good.
