《奇效良方》辨治中风病学术思想探析

摘　　要：《奇效良方》所指中风包括内风、外风及非风,根据病情轻重、病因、脏腑定位,分别对中风病进行了系统分类,即偏、脑、目、漏、内、首、肠、泄风8个病种,偏枯、风痱、风懿、风痹4个病类及肝风、心风、脾风、肺风、肾风5个病证。区别中风与中气,不可拘泥于治风,提出气风同治、顺气为先的新思想,倡导风病须杂合以治,收录大量名方,并自创新方涤痰汤。笔者对《奇效良方》辨治中风病的学术思想进行初步的探析。The stroke referred to in Qixiao Liangfang includes internal wind,external wind and non-wind.According to the severity of the disease,the cause,and the positioning of the internal organs,the stroke disease is systematically classified,namely,partial,brain,head,leak,inner,head,There are 8 diseases of intestinal tract and fengfeng,4 diseases of partial dryness,dysentery,wind yi,and wind dysfunction and 5 syndromes of liver wind,heart wind,spleen wind,lung wind and kidney wind.Distinguish between strokes and strokes,do not stick to wind treatment,propose a new idea that wind and wind should be treated together,and qi is the first,advocate that wind diseases must be mixed to cure,include a large number of famous recipes,and innovate Fang Tang.The author makes a preliminary analysis of the academic thoughts of"Qi Xiao Liang Fang"in the treatment of stroke.
