摘  要:山区高速公路桥隧比高、隧道众多,受自然灾害环境影响,隧道行车事故多、风险大。以西南山区高速公路隧道交通事故为研究对象,首先从驾驶员、车辆、道路、环境、运营管理五个方面分析了导致隧道行车事故发生的风险因素,建立了具有复杂环境下的山区公路隧道交通安全事故树;基于最小割集分析方法,构造了交通事故发生的风险事件;通过结构重要度量化分析事故安全因素重要度。分析结果表明,道路因素是导致交通事故的最主要因素,为复杂环境下的山区公路隧道事故风险防范提出依据。There are high bridges and tunnels and numerous tunnels in mountain highways.Affected by the natural disaster environment,there are many tunnel accidents and high risks.Based on the southwest mountainous expressway tunnel traffic accidents,this paper analyzes the risk factors that cause the tunnel traffic accidents from five aspects which are driver,vehicles,road,environment and operation management,and establishes the fault tree of the mountain highway tunnels with complex environment.With the minimum cut set analysis method,the risk events of traffic accidents are constructed.The importance of accident safety factors are analyzed through structurally important measurement.The analysis results show that road factors are the most important factors leading to traffic accidents,and provide a foundation for risk prevention of mountain highway tunnels accidents in complex environments.
