船用柴油机拉缸故障分析

摘　　要：船用柴油机被用作船舶推进动力,具有热效率高、经济性好、启动容易等优势,对各类船舶有很大的适应性。本文分析船用柴油机在运转过程中出现拉缸故障的原因,并提出了拉缸故障的预防和处理措施,以期实现船用柴油机的长期安全稳定运行。Marine diesel engines are used as propulsion power for ships,which have the advantages of high thermal efficiency,good economy,and easy start-up,and have great adaptability to various types of ships.This paper analyzed the causes of cylinder pull failures during operation of marine diesel engines,and put forward the prevention and treatment measures of cylinder pull failures in order to achieve long-term safe and stable operation of marine diesel engines.
