不同原子比对固相反应制备方钴矿电学性质的影响

摘  要:方钴矿(CoSb3)是较为优秀的中温区热电材料之一,具有较好的应用前景。本研究采用高温固相反应法,在923 K、保温时间约30 min的条件下,制备了钴锑不同原子比的方钴矿,考查了室温附近钴元素减小量对方钴矿的微观结构和电学性质变化影响。研究结果表明,当钴元素的减小量x≤0.5时,仍然可以合成单相的方钴矿,而当钴元素的减小量继续增大时,方钴矿的合成效果会急剧变差;样品Co4-xSb12具有许多微气孔,随着钴元素的减小,样品的结晶度明显变差,微气孔的数量和尺寸也明显增多;样品Co3.9Sb12获得的最大Seebeck系数的最大绝对值为375μV/K,样品Co3.7Sb12最小电阻率为74 mΩ·cm,样品Co3.5Sb12获得的最大功率因子为77.7μW/(m·K^2)。The skutterudite(CoSb3)is one of the more excellent thermoelectric materials in the middle temperature zone,which has good application prospects.In this study,high-temperature solid-phase reaction method was used to prepare skutterudite with different atomic ratios of cobalt and antimony under the conditions of 923 K and holding time of about 30 min,and investigate the influence of the reduction of cobalt element near room temperature on the microstructure and electrical properties of cobalt ore.The results show that single-phase skutterudite can still be synthesized when the reduction of cobalt element x≤0.5,the synthesis effect of skutterudite will deteriorate sharply when the reduction of cobalt element continues to increase;sample Co4-xSb12 has many micropores,with the reduction of cobalt element,the crystallinity of the sample obviously deteriorates,and the number and size of micropores also increase significantly;sample Co3.9Sb12 obtained the largest Seebeck coefficient with a maximum absolute value of 375μV/K,the minimum resistivity of sample Co3.7Sb12 is 74 mΩ·cm,the maximum power factor obtained for sample Co3.5Sb12 is 77.7μW/(m·K^2).
