摘  要:采用双滴共沉淀法制备锌铝水滑石,通过焙烧得到锌铝复合氧化物;利用焙烧产物的记忆效应制备水滑石/甲基红复合颜料;利用XRD、TG-DTA、FT-IR等手段表征颜料的结构,考察反应时间、甲基红溶液pH值、初始浓度、温度等因素对甲基红吸附量的影响.结果表明,锌铝复合氧化物(ZnAl-LDO)对甲基红的吸附在3 h左右达到饱和;在吸附温度为40℃、pH值为6时,ZnAl-LDO对甲基红的吸附效果最佳.该方法可以用于制备有机/无机复合颜料.In this article,ZnAl layered double hydroxides(ZnAl-LDHs)was prepared by a dual drop coprecipitation method,and its calcined products(ZnAl-LDO)obtained by calcination.ZnAl-LDHs/methyl red complex pigment was synthesized by memory effect of ZnAl-LDO,and the structure of pigments were characterization by XRD,TG-DTA,FT-IR technology.The effects of various factors which affect the adsorption performance were tested including adsorption time,pH value,initial concentration and temperature,etc.Experimental results show that methyl red adsorption of ZnAl-LDHs will achieve saturation in 3 hours.When adsorption temperature of about 40℃and pH value is of about 6,the adsorption performance of methyl red over ZnAl-LDO achieves the best,and this methods can be used to preparation of organic/inorganic complex pigments.
