摘 要:利用废弃资源稻壳灰(RHA)作为增强填料,与聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)进行熔融共混制备RHA/PBS生物可降解复合材料。使用硅烷偶联剂KH-560对RHA进行表面处理。采用力学性能测试、扫描电子显微镜和热重分析仪等对复合材料力学性能、界面相容性及热稳定性进行研究。结果表明:硅烷偶联剂改性后的RHA(RHA-KH)与基体PBS界面相容性更好,并且能够在一定程度上提升复合材料的力学性能和热稳定性;RHA-KH/PBS复合材料的综合性能得到了提高。The rice husk ash/poly(butylene succinate)(RHA/PBS)biodegradable composite was prepared by using the waste resource RHA as a reinforcing filler and PBS for melt blending.RHA was surface-treated with a silane coupling agent KH-560.The mechanical property testing,scanning electron microscope and thermogravimetric analyzer were used to study the mechanical properties,interface compatibility and thermal stability of the composite.The results show that the silane coupling agent modified RHA(RHA-KH)has better interface compatibility with the matrix PBS,and can improve the mechanical properties and thermal stability of the composite to a certain extent.The comprehensive performance of the RHA-KH/PBS composite has been improved.
