摘  要:通过熔融共混法制备聚酰胺6/硬脂酸锌[PA6/Zn(st)2]复合材料,并采用二次开模注射成型工艺制备PA6/Zn(st)2复合材料发泡样条。考察了Zn(st)2含量对PA6/Zn(st)2复合材料流变性能、结晶行为、发泡行为及力学性能的影响。结果表明:Zn(st)2的加入,提高了复合材料低频区的储能模量,降低了复合材料低频区的损耗因子;当Zn(st)2质量分数为3.0%时,储能模量达到最大值,损耗因子达到最小值。当Zn(st)2质量分数低于5.0%时,对PA6/Zn(st)2复合材料的力学性能影响不大。当Zn(st)2质量分数为0.5%时,复合材料的泡孔密度和泡孔直径都最佳。Polyamide 6/zinc stearate[PA6/Zn(st)2]composite was prepared by melt blending,and foaming spline of PA6/Zn(st)2 composite was prepared by the second injection molding process.The effects of Zn(st)2 content on rheological properties,crystallization behavior,foaming behavior and mechanical properties of PA6/Zn(st)2 composite were investigated.The results show that the addition of Zn(st)2 increases the energy storage modulus and reduces the loss factor in the low frequency region.When the mass fraction of Zn(st)2 is 3.0%,the energy storage modulus reaches the maximum value and the loss factor reaches the minimum value.When the mass fraction of Zn(st)2 is lower than 5.0%,the mechanical properties of PA6/Zn(st)2 composite are not affected much.When the mass fraction of Zn(st)2 is 0.5%,the pore density and pore diameter of the composite are both best.
