摘 要:在气相法聚乙烯装置上,采用专用茂金属催化剂和改进的工艺条件,以己烯为共聚单体,成功实现茂金属聚乙烯管材料mPE P3806R的工业化生产。通过凝胶渗透色谱仪和力学性能测试研究了mPE P3806R的结构和性能,并和国产同类产品进行对照。结果表明:mPE P3806R产品性能达到国产同类产品水平,满足耐热聚乙烯管材对原料的要求,具备放量生产的条件。Using special metallocene catalyst and improved process conditions,and using hexene as comonomer,the industrial production of metallocene pipe material mPE P3806R was successfully realized in gas-phase polyethylene plant.The structure and properties of mPE P3806R were studied and compared with domestic similar products by gel permeation chromatograph and mechanical property test.The results show that the performance of mPE P3806R product is up to the level of domestic similar products,and it meets the requirements of raw materials for heat-resistant polyethylene pipe and has the conditions of mass production.
