摘  要:研究了超声波焊接方法对长玻璃纤维聚丙烯复合材料的适用性及可行性,重点研究焊接时间对焊接接头强度的影响。结果表明:随着焊接时间由0.10 s到0.80 s不断增加,焊接接头剪切力呈现先上升后下降趋势;当焊接时间为0.30 s时,焊接接头界面结合良好,无明显缺陷,剪切力达到最高4.10 kN,并且通过对断口分析,其失效形式为聚丙烯基体脱黏占主导同时伴随纤维断裂。The applicability and feasibility of ultrasonic welding method for long glass fiber polypropylene(PP)composites were studied,and the effect of welding time on the strength of welded joints was focused.The results show that as the welding time increases from 0.10 s to 0.80 s,the shear force of the welded joint increases first and then decreases.When the welding time is 0.30 s,the welding joint interface is well combined with no obvious defects,and the shear force reaches a maximum of 4.10 kN.And through the fracture analysis,the failure form of PP matrix deadhesion is dominated and accompanied by fiber fracture.
