摘　　要：针对DVD光盘基盘精密注射成型的需要,设计了一种特殊的两板精密模具。模具中,采用了随形水路进行模腔冷却,一种活动式排气机构来保证边沿部位的完全排气;设计了一种特殊的切水口机构,用于水口废料的切离和顶出脱模,以及基盘的顶出脱模。运用Moldflow软件进行优化分析,获得了优化的注射成型工艺参数。Aimed at the needs of precision injection molding of DVD disc,a special two-plate precision mold was designed.In the mold,the mold cavity was cooled with the shape water way,and a movable exhaust mechanism was used to ensure the complete exhaust of the edge part.A special nozzle cutting mechanism was designed for the removal of the nozzle waste and the ejection mold,as well as the ejection mold of the base plate.The optimized injection molding process parameters were obtained by Moldflow software.
