摘　　要：目的 检索并获取脑卒中肢体功能障碍患者早期康复护理的最佳证据.方法 应用循证护理方法,针对脑卒中肢体功能障碍患者早期康复护理提出问题,检索相关文献,采用澳大利亚Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)循证卫生保健中心的文献评价标准和证据分级系统,对各类研究行文献质量评价及证据级别评定.结果 总结出6个方面41条证据,包括组织环境、评估、康复护理、预防并发症、健康教育和培训等.结论 关于脑卒中肢体功能障碍早期康复护理的最佳证据,可为医护人员提供循证依据.Objective To select and obtain the best evidence of early rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with limb dysfunction.Methods Based on the method of evidence-based nursing,asking questions about early rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with limb dysfunction,retrieving relevant literature,Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI) evidence appraisal and recommendation system were used to evaluate the quality of studies and level of evidence.Results 41 pieces of evidence were summarized in six aspects,including organizational environment,assessment,rehabilitation nursing,prevention of complications,health education and training.Conclusions This study summarise the current best evidence for early rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients with limb dysfunction and can provide evidence-based evidence for nurses and nursing managers.
