摘 要:以电窑炉为代表的电能替代产品规模化接入电网,引起配电网谐波含量超标等一系列电能质量问题亟待解决。本文首先根据实际调研结果阐述了电窑炉系统的工作原理,通过对比理论分析结果和实际测试数据得到两者谐波发射特性的差异,并结合仿真模型从网-荷交互影响的角度探究了差异存在的原因。在上述模型的基础上,研究了理想工况、背景谐波和系统三相不平衡3个方面对电窑炉谐波发生量的影响,最后总结出网-荷交互影响下电窑炉的谐波发射特性,对电能替代项目的深入研究具有一定的借鉴意义。With large scale access electric power substitution products represented by electric kilns to the grid,such a series of power quality problems as excessive harmonic content in the distribution grid needs solving.In this paper,the working principle of the electric kiln system is described firstly in accordance with the actual investigation results.The difference of harmonic emission characteristic of them is obtained by comparing theoretical analysis result and actual measurement data and the reason of the difference is explored from the point of view of network-load interaction together with combination with simulation model.The influence of such three aspects as ideal condition,background harmonics and three-phase unbalance of system are studied on the basis of above model.Finally,the harmonic emission characteristic of electric kiln under influence of network-load is summarized,which has definite reference significance for the deep study of electric power substitution products.
