摘  要:新时代全国本科教育工作会议明确提出,聚焦高等教育内涵式发展,把本科教育放在人才培养的核心地位和教育教学的基础地位,加快推进一流本科教育建设,切实提高人才培养质量。大学领导者要深刻领悟大学本科教育的文化特性,从学术自由、学术诚信、学术承续与学术人文四个方面涵养本科教育的学术品格,提升本科教育深度改革能力,助推本科教育迈向高质量阶段。学术自由是师生守护大学学术组织特性的价值追求;学术诚信是保障师生学术自由的内在伦理;学术承续是诚信在学术探索过程中的沉淀,是学术创新的逻辑延伸;学术承续的最终目的是彰显与提升师生的人文意义,即学术人文。The National Working Conference on Undergraduate Education in the New Era clearly puts forward the focus on the connotative development of higher education,places undergraduate education at the core of talent training and the basic position of education and teaching,accelerates the construction of first-class undergraduate education,and effectively improves the quality of talent cultivation.This requires university leaders to deeply understand the cultural character of undergraduate education.From the four aspects of academic freedom,academic integrity,academic continuity and academic humanities,university leaders cultivate the academic character of undergraduate education,enhance the ability of depth reform of undergraduate education,and boost the quality of undergraduate education towards the stage.Academic freedom is the value pursuit for teachers and students to protect the characteristics of university academic organization.Academic integrity is the internal ethics to guarantee the academic freedom of teachers and students.Academic continuity is the logical extension of academic innovation and the precipitation of integrity in the process of academic exploration.The ultimate purpose of academic continuity is to highlight and enhance the humanistic significance of teachers and students,namely academic humanities.
