摘  要:针对电力信息安全督查工作中存在的资产台账不清晰导致覆盖面不全、工作执行效率低的问题,文章提出了一种基于区块链的信息安全督查管理体系,给出了区块链督查体系的架构与运行流程,详细阐述了信息资产台账信息的分布式存储结构与多方共识过程,利用运维工作票链上流转的智能合约,实现了安全事件自动化处置,保障了台账信息的准确性,提升了督查工作的效率,最后通过原型系统验证了提出方法的可行性。In order to solve the problem of incomplete coverage and low efficiency caused by ambiguous asset account in the power information security inspection,an information security supervision management system based on blockchain is proposed.The structure and operation process of the blockchain inspection system is presented.The distributed storage structure and multi-party consensus process of information asset account is illustrated.By using smart contract of the operation and maintenance work ticket on the blockchain,the automatic disposal of security events is realized,the accuracy of the account information is guaranteed,and the efficiency of security inspection is improved.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed method is verified by a prototype system.
