白酒瓶涂料用水性乳液的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：水性化是消除溶剂型涂料挥发性有机物(VOC)的最佳手段之一。针对白酒瓶涂料性能要求制备了水性乳液并对其进行了表征,对涂膜性能进行了测试。结果表明:所制备分子中成功引入了氨基甲酸酯键、醚键功能性基团;乳液固化后硬度达3H、耐醇性为3 h、吸水率3.8%,且其它指标均达到白酒瓶涂料的使用要求。Waterborne coating is a effective method to eliminate volatile organic compounds(VOC)in soluble product.Emulsion was prepared,characterized and applied as liquor bottle coating.In conclusion,the designed carbamate bond and ether bond were successfully linked to the polymer chain to modify the emulsion.The overall properties of the coating,such as hardness(3H),water resistance(3.8%),alcohol resistance,acid resistance(3 h),alkali resistance,are improved.It can meet well with the quality requirements of the coating coated on liquor bottle.
