摘　　要：铁皮石斛为我国传统的名贵中药材,应用历史悠久,化学成分多样,药理作用显著。近年来研究表明,铁皮石斛化学成分主要包括多糖、生物碱、芪类、氨基酸、微量元素、挥发油等,其中以多糖及芪类成分为主。药理作用主要包括抗氧化、抗肿瘤、调节免疫力、缓解疲劳、治疗糖尿病等,以抗氧化和抗肿瘤研究为主。本文系统的综述了其化学成分及药理功效的研究进展,可为今后铁皮石斛资源的深入研究和新药研发提供理论依据。Dendrobium candidum is a traditional Chinese medicine with a long history of application,various chemical components and remarkable pharmacological effects.Studies in recent years have shown that the chemical components of dendrobium candidum mainly include polysaccharides,alkaloids,astragalus,amino acids,trace elements,essential oil,etc.Pharmacological effects mainly include anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,immunity regulation,fatigue relief,diabetes treatment,etc.In this paper,the research progress on chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of dendrobium candidum was reviewed systematically,which could provide theoretical basis for further research on dendrobium candidum resources and new drug research and development in the future.
