一种高效铝材清洗剂的制备与性能研究

摘　　要：开发一种高效快速的铝材除油脱脂清洗剂,该研发产品满足清洗洁净效果的前提下,既可降低铝材工件的腐蚀,又具备较高的清洗效率。在清洗温度为50℃条件下,脱脂除油率可达到99%以上,清洗速度控制在60 s时间内,而传统的基础清洗剂清洗时间大于90 s,相对传统清洗速度加快了50%。且在同等工艺操作条件下,该清洗剂对铝材工件的腐蚀率小于0.8 g/(m2·h)。A high efficient and fast degreasing cleaning agent for aluminum material is developed.The product can not only reduce the corrosion of aluminum parts,but also have high-speed cleaning efficiency on the premise of meeting the cleaning effect.When the cleaning temperature is 50℃,the degreasing rate can reach over 99%,and the cleaning speed can be controlled within 60 s,while the traditional cleaning time of basic cleaning agent is more than 90 s,which is 50%faster than the traditional cleaning speed.Under the same technological operation conditions,the corrosion rate of the cleaning agent to the aluminum workpiece is less than 0.8 g/(m2·h).
