摘　　要：阐述了日用香精香料的使用现状和发展趋势,介绍了香精香料的概念和制备方法、香精香料在日用化学品中的选择和添加问题,并着重探究了香精香料的安全性和检测方法,后对香精香料行业的发展进行了展望。This article describes the definition and preparation of flavors and fragrances,the selection and addition of flavors and fragrances in daily chemicals.The safety and detection methods of flavors and fragrances were also discussed emphatically.Besides,the development of flavors and fragrances industry was also forecasted.
