摘 要:本文介绍了丽江地区部分服役20年以上的输电杆塔腐蚀情况,并通过市场调研选择高性能带锈防腐涂料及涂装工艺作为此次杆塔的防腐处理方式。经过分析对比和现场应用发现,带锈防腐涂料防腐性能较好,与传统防腐涂装技术相比具有明显的优势,适合丽江地区腐蚀输电杆塔的防腐处理。This article introduced the corrosion situation of some transmission towers that have been in service for more than 20 years in Lijiang area,and selected high-performance rust-resistant anticorrosive paints and coating processes as market anti-corrosion treatment methods for this project through market research.After analysis and comparison and on-site application,it was found that the anticorrosive paint with rust had good anticorrosive performance,which had obvious advantages compared with the traditional anticorrosive coating technology,and was suitable for the anticorrosive treatment of corroded power transmission towers in Lijiang area.
