摘 要:以垃圾渗滤液膜浓缩液为研究对象,采取催化湿式氧化工艺进行深度处理;以COD去除率为主要指标,开展实验室研究及中试实验验证。结果表明,在初始pH=4、H2O2投加量=40 mL/L、n(H2O2)∶n(Fe2+)=6、反应时间=8 h、反应温度=60℃时,COD去除率>90%;且在该条件下,中试实验能够稳定高效运行,具有一定的工程可行性及应用价值。The concentrated solution of landfill leachate membrane was treated by catalytic wet air oxidation。Taking COD removal rate as the main index,laboratory research and pilot test verification analysis were carried out.The results showed that at initial pH=4,H2O2 dosage=40ml/L,n(H2O2)∶n(Fe2+)=6,reaction time=8 h,and reaction temperature=60℃,the COD removal rate could reach more than 90%.And under this condition,the pilot experiment can run stably and efficiently.It is proved to have certain engineering feasibility and application value.
