摘 要:采用臭氧氧化-钙法吸收工艺对模拟烟气进行脱硫脱硝。当烟温低于150℃时,O3分解速率较慢,NO和SO2氧化率随着n(O3)︰n(NO)增而提高,当烟温高于200℃时,O3分解速率加快,NO和SO2的氧化率降低。由于对O3的竞争,SO2会轻微抑制NO的氧化。选用Ca(OH)2吸收液对氧化后烟气进行同时脱硫脱硝处理,结果表明随着n(O3)︰n(NO)增加,NOx的氧化程度提高,脱硝效率不断提高,脱硫效率基本不受影响,始终保持约100%。Ozone oxidation and wet calcium absorption were combined to remove SO2 and NOx simultaneously.The results showed that O3 decomposed slowly when the temperature was lower than 150℃,NO and SO2 oxidation efficiency were proportional to O3 dosage.O3 decomposed quickly when the temperature was higher than 150℃,so that NO and SO2 oxidation efficiency reduced significantly.Ca(OH)2 solution had been employed for removing NOx and SO2 from oxidized flue gas.The results showed that:With increasing molar ratio of O3 to NO,the denitrification efficiency increased continuously,while the desulfurization efficiency remained unchanged.
