流域水污染治理存在问题及对策研究

摘　　要：流域水污染治理通常涉及上下游多个行政区域,所以具有一定的复杂性。本研究主要从流域水污染治理整体性、源头污染防控、数据信息共享、水质监测和环境监管等方面分析了流域水污染治理存在的主要问题,并针对性地提出了流域水污染防治相关对策建议。River basin water pollution control usually involves many administrative areas in the upstream and downstream.So it has certain complexity.The author analyzes the main problems about river basin pollution treatment from integrity of river basin water pollution control,prevention and control of source pollution,data information sharing,water quality monitoring and environmental supervision.At last,proper countermeasures of water pollution control in river basin are put forward.
