摘 要:以广州某电机加工厂清洗废水为研究对象,采用破乳-混凝-沉淀的简化工艺,以复合型高分子破乳剂、聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚丙稀酰胺(PAM)为试验药剂,分析不同药剂用量在不同工段的处理效果。结果表明,最佳的破乳剂、PAC、PAM用量分别为2~3 mL/L、500 mg/L和2m g/L,上清液呈现清澈透明,浊度由4306 NTU降至6.49 NTU,COD去除率达到86.21%。PAC用量是决定干泥量的核心因素,取得最佳处理效果时的干泥量约为3.76 g/L,这为高效处理机械加工废水提供可行的药剂用量配方和简化的预处理工艺。A simplified process of demulsification-coagulation-sedimentation was used to treat the machining cleaning wastewater by polymer demulsifier,polyaluminum chloride(PAC)and polyacrylamide(PAM),respectively.The primary aim was to research the different treatment effects using the dosage of different agents.The results indicated that the optimum dosage of demulsifier,PAC and PAM were respectively 2~3 mL/L,500 mg/L and 2 mg/L.The supernatant was clear and transparent,its turbidity was decreased from 4306 NTU to 6.49 NTU.At the same time,the removal rate of COD was 86.21%.The amount of PAC is the core factor to determine the sludge volume,which was about 3.76 g/L when the best treatment effects were obtained.These research results provided a set of feasible dosage formulation and simplified pretreatment process for efficient treatment of mechanical wastewater.
