摘  要:为适应社会发展对专业人才提出的新要求,必须注重研究生培养质量,探索创新人才培养模式。本文以重庆大学绿色化学化工中心为例,探索出化学、化学工程与技术两个专业学生联合指导与培养的模式。从学生知识体系完善程度、就业范围等方面,分析了单一专业培养研究生的弊端;从学生和导师两个角度分析了双专业联合培养的优势,对双专业联合培养的实践情况进行了阐述。通过对双专业联合指导模式进行探索,希望能促进多专业联合指导模式的形成。In order to meet the new requirements by the social development for professional talents in the area of postgraduate training,focused should be laid on the quality of postgraduate training,innovative training models for cultivation talents.Taken the Green Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Center in Chongqing University as an example to explore the model of joint guidance and cultivation of students majoring in chemistry and chemical engineering.It analyzes the shortcomings of the cultivation of postgraduates in a single major from the aspects of the perfection of the student's knowledge system and the scope of employment.It also investigates the advantages of joint cultivation of dual majors from the perspective of students and tutors.By exploring the dual-instruction joint guidance model,it is expected to promote the formation of a multi-disciplinary joint guidance model.
