基于5P要素理论的实验技术队伍团队建设4C2G模型的研究

摘　　要：随着教育要求的提高,高校实验室对实验人员的要求也越来越高。实验人员水平高低直接影响设备的使用和教学的好坏。针对目前高校实验队伍现状存在的几种问题,根据管理学家斯蒂芬·P·罗宾斯的5P团队理论提出实验队伍建设4C2G模型,以期从实验领导选拔、实验队伍目标、培训机制、队伍团队文化、沟通机制及考核体系等核心方面建设的优化和完善来提高实验队伍的综合水平。With the improvement of education and training requirements,the requirements for comprehensive skills of laboratory technicians are becoming higher and higher.The level of laboratory personnel directly affects the use of equipment and the quality of teaching.Aiming at the problems of the current state of experimental technical teams in universities,this paper proposes a 4C2G model of experimental team construction based on the 5P team theory of American management scientist Stephen P.Robbins.In order to improve the comprehensive level of the laboratory team,core aspects should be optimized and perfected,such as selection of the leadership of the laboratory team,the explicitation of the objectives of the laboratory team,the construction of mechanism of training,teamatmosphere and communication,and of the laboratory-team assessment system.
