摘　　要：本文以东营市为研究对象,分析了解东营市乡村振兴战略下农村电子商务发展现状,针对现状发掘东营市发展农村电子商务存在的问题及形成原因,有针对性的制定改善方案,形成由政府、企业、从业人员全方位参与的农村电子商务发展的理想状态。This article takes Dongying City as the research object,analyzes and understands the current status of rural e-commerce development under Dongying's rural revitalization strategy,explores the existing problems and causes of Dongying City's rural e-commerce development,formulates improvement plans and forms the ideal state of rural e-commerce development with the full participation of government,enterprises and practitioners.
