摘　　要：以佛山某万科住宅项目为例,针对工程采用铝模、装配式墙板等新工艺的特点,结合在单体楼栋施工的各道工序进行详细分析,总结出在保质保量的前提下,如何进行工序提前穿插作业的方法,以提高施工效率并降低施工成本。Taking a Vanke residential project in Foshan as an example,according to the characteristics of new technologies such as aluminum mold and prefabricated wall panel,combined with the detailed analysis of each process of single building construction,this paper summarizes how to carry out the process interleaving operation in advance on the premise of quality and quantity,so as to improve the construction efficiency and reduce the construction cost.
