摘　　要：文章介绍了烟草行业实施EPC总承包项目情况,分析BIM技术的特点,提出BIM在EPC总承包模式全生命周期的应用,重点介绍了BIM在设计阶段、施工阶段、过程管理中的应用情况,提出相关建议,为BIM技术在烟草行业EPC总承包模式的应用提供参考。This paper introduces the implementation of EPC general contracting project in tobacco industry,analyzes the characteristics of BIM Technology,puts forward the application of BIM in the whole life cycle of EPC mode,mainly introduces the application of BIM in the design stage,construction stage and process management,and puts forward relevant suggestions to provide reference for the application of BIM technology in the EPC general contracting mode of tobacco industry.
