分析治疗小儿支气管炎中应用乳糖酸阿奇霉素的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析小儿支气管炎中应用乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗的临床效果。方法纳入本院自2017年2月至2019年2月收治的小儿支气管炎患者96例,以"入院顺序奇偶性"分组,分对照组(接受临床常规治疗,48例)、研究组(在对照组基础上接受乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗,48例),两组治疗时间均为7 d,比较临床疗效、血清炎性因子、临床症状消失时间、住院时间、不良反应。结果研究组临床总有效率(95.83%)显著比对照组(75.00%)高,P<0.05。研究组治疗后CRP、PCT、hs-CRP水平显著比对照组低,P<0.05。研究组湿啰音、哮鸣音、气喘、咳嗽症状消失时间以及住院时间显著比对照组短,P<0.05。研究组、对照组不良反应发生率分别是4.17%、6.25%。两组不良反应发生率相比P>0.05。结论乳糖酸阿奇霉素可有效改善小儿支气管炎患者临床症状,减轻炎性反应,且不良反应较少,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of treatment with azithromycin lactate in children with bronchitis.Methods Ninety-six patients with pediatric bronchitis admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were enrolled in the“admission order parity”group,divided into the control group(accepting clinical routine treatment,48 cases)and the study group(in the On the basis of the control group,48 patients received azithromycin lactate treatment.The treatment time was 7 days.The clinical effi cacy,serum infl ammatory factors,clinical symptoms disappeared,hospitalization time,and adverse reactions were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate(95.83%)of the study group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%),P<0.05.The levels of CRP,PCT and hs-CRP in the study group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The study group's wet snoring,wheezing,asthma,cough symptoms disappeared and hospitalization time was signifi cantly shorter than the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group and the control group were 4.17%and 6.25%,respectively.The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was P>0.05.Conclusion Azithromycin lactate can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with bronchitis,reduce the infl ammatory response,and less adverse reactions,it is worth learning.
