沙美特罗替卡松联合孟鲁司特治疗老年中重度支气管哮喘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析沙美特罗替卡松联合孟鲁司特治疗老年中重度支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取我院2017年5月至2018年11月收治的87例老年中重度支气管哮喘患者87例,随机数表法进行分组,对照组43例,主要为沙美特罗替卡松治疗,观察组44例,采用沙美特罗替卡松联合孟鲁司特治疗,对比患者临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组患者哮喘控制评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预之后肺部功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者症状缓解时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者各不良反应状况和对照组并无较大差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论为老年中重度支气管哮喘患者进行沙美特罗替卡松以及孟鲁司特进行治疗时可有效改善整体状况,降低恢复时间,无严重不良反应,有临床应用价值。Objective To analyse the clinical effi cacy of salmeterol-fl uticasone combined with montelukast in the treatment of elderly patients with moderate to severe bronchial asthma.Methods 87 elderly patients with moderate to severe bronchial asthma were selected from May 2017 to November 2018 in our hospital.They were divided into two groups by random number table.43 cases in the control group were tr eated with salmeterol and fl uticasone,while 44 cases in the observation group were treated with salmeterol and fl uticasone combined with montelukast.Results After treatment,the asthma control score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the pulmonary function of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the symptom relief time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the adverse reactions of the observation group and the control group were not different.There was no signifi cant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Salmeterol-fl uticasone and montelukast can effectively improve the overall condition of elderly patients with moderate to severe bronchial asthma,reduce recovery time,and have no serious adverse reactions,so they have clinical application value.
