摘 要:目的冠心病监护治疗室患者实施个体化健康教育的方法,观察其对改善患者焦虑情绪及预后的效果。方法2015年10月至2018年10月,我院冠心病重症监护室(CCU)收治的600例重症冠心病患者,按照病例纳入时间均分组别,实验组(n=300)接受个体化健康教育,对照组(n=300)实施CCU基础护理干预,将病患生活质量、焦虑评分、CCU住院时间、冠状动脉再灌注准备时间进行比对。结果实验组病患生活质量与对照组比对,P<0.05;实验组病患焦虑评分、CCU住院时间、冠状动脉再灌注准备时间与对照组比对,P<0.05。结论冠心病监护治疗室患者实施个体化健康教育,可稳定患者心理状态,改善焦虑情绪,缩短患者CCU住院时间,改善病患生存质量,临床可行性较高,应积极推广并应用。Objective To observe the effect of individualized health education on improving anxiety and prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods In October 2015 to October 2018,our hospital coronary intensive care unit(CCU)treated 600 patients with severe coronary heart disease,according to the cases of divided the group into time,the experimental group(n=300)received individualized health education,the control group(n=300)based nursing intervention,the implementation of CCU patients quality of life,anxiety score,CCU hospitalized time,coronary reperfusion time to prepare.Results The quality of life of the experimental group was compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).Anxiety score,CCU length of stay,and preparation time for coronary reperfusion in the experimental group were compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized health education for patients in the monitoring and treatment room of coronary heart disease can stabilize their psychological state,improve their anxiety,shorten the hospitalization time of patients with CCU,and improve their quality of life.
