摘  要:目的探讨小剂量持续吸入丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂治疗支气管哮喘(哮喘)患儿对肺功能及骨代谢的影响。方法以本院为单位,在2017年12月至2019年12月,选取哮喘患儿76例为观察组,给予小剂量丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂治疗,另选取同期体检正常儿童76例为对照组,对比两组肺功能变化及骨代谢指标。结果观察组治疗12个月后,其呼气峰值流速(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)与第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)较对照组,均稍偏低,但组间比较,P>0.05。观察组25-羟维生素D3、血磷、血钙、碱性磷酸酶相比治疗前、对照组,P>0.05。结论针对哮喘患儿,长期给予小剂量吸入丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂治疗,效果好,且对其骨代谢指标无明显影响,临床应用价值突出。Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose continuous inhalation of fl uticasone propionate aerosol on lung function and bone metabolism in children with bronchial asthma(referred to as asthma).Methods Taking our hospital as the unit,from December 2017 to December 2019,76 children with asthma were selected as the observation group and given low-dose fl uticasone propionate aerosol treatment,and 76 children with normal physical examination during the same period were selected as controls Group,comparing the changes of lung function and bone metabolism indexes between the two groups.Results After 12 months of treatment in the observation group,the peak expiratory fl ow rate(PEF),the ratio of forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1/FVC)and the forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1)were higher than those in the control group.Slightly lower,but there was no signifi cant difference between the groups(P>0.05).The 25-hydroxyvitamin D3,blood phosphorus,blood calcium,and alkaline phosphatase in the observation group were not signifi cantly different from those before treatment and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion For children with asthma,long-term inhalation of fl uticasone propionate aerosol aerosol has a good effect,and it has no signifi cant effect on its bone metabolism indexes,and its clinical application value is outstanding.
