摘 要:目的探讨临床药学干预对高脂血症患者的临床疗效与服药依从性的影响。方法将我院心血管内科收治的200例高脂血症患者为研究对象,以计算机随机化原则分为2组,2组患者均需进行长期的降血脂药物治疗,与此同时,观察组患者给予临床药学干预,对照组患者不进行任何的药学干涉,在随访结束时观察2组前后的血脂水平,并统计干预前后的服药依从性结果,以此进行临床药学干预的效果评价。结果血脂水平的比较中,观察组患者在药学干预后的低密度脂蛋白、三酰甘油、总胆固醇含量均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白水平则高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。在患者用药依从性的比较中,观察组干预后的整体服药依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高脂血症患者应用临床药学干预对患者服药依从性的提升是有积极意义的,可优化患者的服药过程,将药物效果进行最大化、最优化,提高降血脂用药的临床效果。临床可进行药学干预应用的推广。Objective To explore the effect of clinical pharmaceutical intervention on the clinical effi cacy and medication compliance of patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods Of 200 patients with hyperlipidemia were admitted in our hospital cardiovascular internal medicine as the research object,to computer randomization divided into 2 groups,2 groups of patients require long-term cholesterol-lowering medication,at the same time,the observation group of patients for clinical pharmacy intervention,control group patients without any pharmaceutical intervention,at the end of the follow-up observation of two groups before and after the blood lipid levels,and statistics of medication adherence results before and after the intervention,to evaluate the effect of clinical pharmacy interventions.Results In the comparison of blood lipid levels,the content of LDL,triglyceride and total cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after pharmaceutical intervention,and the level of HDL was higher than that in the control group,with statistically signifi cant differences(P<0.05).In the comparison of patients'medication compliance,the overall medication compliance of the observation group after intervention was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical pharmaceutical intervention in patients with hyperlipidemia is of positive signifi cance to the improvement of patients'medication compliance,which can optimize the medication process of patients,maximize and optimize the drug effect,and improve the clinical effect of anti-lipid medication.Clinical application of pharmaceutical intervention can be promoted.
